Many times teens as well as adults return to school via virtual high school. Being able to take high school classes online in the comfort and convenience of your own home makes it so much easier to get needed credits so you can graduate and receive your diploma. Some students find that taking high school classes online is much better than attending summer school, so they enroll at The American Academy. They get their course work completed successfully and still spend the summer with their friends at the beach.

These days, more and more adults and teens are enrolling in The American Academy simply to learn. Perhaps you always wanted to learn Latin or French. The American Academy offers Latin I, II and III, as well as French I. They also offer exciting courses like Astronomy. Imagine being able to learn all about this vast universe we live in. You can learn the names of all the constellations and star systems.

At The American Academy, you can take high school courses just for fun. The joy of learning has always drawn people in. The excitement and discovery of learning is a powerful force. We broaden our scope when we learn something new.

Henry Ford once said, “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young.”

The American Academy offers courses like U.S. Government. Many citizens simply don’t know exactly how our government works. What a unique way to learn about Congress and the Senate. Or you could take Computer Technology and become a computer geek. At The American Academy you’ll even find unusual subjects like “The Navajo Language”.

The American Academy, Inc. (TAA) was established in 2007 with the vision to become the leading online educational services partner to public high schools throughout the U.S.

In addition to providing excellent online and alternative educational services to high schools, TAA operates an accredited, private, online high school (The American Academy) that serves high school age and adult students worldwide who want to supplement their high school education and/or earn a full high school diploma.
