“Classes at The American Academy challenged me in every way I can think of. Sometimes the assignments took a long time because I had to read a book. Sometimes they were mentally taxing, and sometimes they were physically so. However, they weren't too hard to do, and I'm glad they provided these challenges. They made me a better, more intelligent person who was more ready for the real world. The automated nature made me self-sufficient, ready to take on life's problems. In short, they were – and are – well worth it.

Throughout my time in The American Academy, everyone was so helpful and understanding, yet firm in what was required of me, and I greatly appreciate it. It is in no small part because of them that I have my diploma now. I'd like to thank the Academy and all the people who have gotten me to this point. My teachers, Student Services, and of course, Principal O'Brien. Thank you all for helping to make me who I am today.”
