Foundations of Firefighting and Emergency Medical Services - BUS670
Course DescriptionThis course introduces students to the foundational concepts of firefighting safety and emergency medical services. In the first part of the course, students will analyze the Department of Public Safety Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services rules and regulations in preparation for further studies in the field. In the second part of the course, students will study key topics relating to business, communications, regulations, and finances. Emphasis will be placed on skills needed to be a strong leader in the field.
