Latin III - LAT310

In this course, students will continue to improve their Latin grammar and vocabulary. They will begin with a review of nouns, adjectives, and common verb conjugations. Students will read and translate ancient texts from notable historians such as Cicero and Verres. They will explore ancient Rome and its tumultuous history by investigating rulers such as Julian Caesar and Nero. Students will also consider how relevant Latin is today in the fields of medicine and law.
