Currently the Fitness for Life course will BEGIN ON 7/29/2024. If you purchase this course today you will gain access to start the course on 7/29/2024. On or after 7/29/2024 Fitness for Life will return to a rolling enrollment which includes start dates of every business day. If you have any questions please call us!
In the Fitness for Life online course, students will learn the benefits and think critically on what activities are enjoyable. You will begin your lifetime fitness routine. Students taking the Fitness for Life high school class online will learn about how physical fitness works and the best practices to reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Please download a copy of the syllabus for a full course description. You can choose to take the Fitness for Life class either on its own or as part of a complete diploma program, depending on your needs.
