We want you to be happy with your purchase, but of course you have 10 days from your date of purchase to request a refund. Please call us at 1-866-689-1932 to request a refund. If your request is received within the 10 day policy, The American Academy will refund your entire purchase, less any amounts paid for materials shipped to you.
