The American Academy's responsive student service representatives are standing by to answer your questions, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM mountain time, Monday through Friday. Call us at 1-866-689-1932 or email us at info [at] taaschools.net.

Yes! The American Academy is accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC). In order to earn accreditation through the NWAC, The American Academy had to document compliance with all of their standards in areas ranging from school vision, curriculum, instruction, and school leadership, to student services, facilities and finance, and continuous improvement. The NWAC is one of 6 regional accrediting bodies in the United States, each of which is widely recognized as conducting the most rigorous review and accreditation for U.S. public and private school programs.

The American Academy offers more than 200 core and elective online courses. Classes start every Monday; you can work through them at your own pace with the help of a licensed instructor who you can contact by email and online chat. You'll have up to six months to complete your course. Each course is worth .25 credits (1/2 of a semester credit).
